This type of thing is frequently seen around ground level of condos. It amounts to a billboard at eye level. This one is in St. Pete, but I can think of at least two buildings in Tampa that are practically wrapped in this manner.
Here is something refreshing: A Tampa landlord plastered stickers asking what people think he should provide. Crude, but it got responses.
