"Work of Art, the Next Great Artist", the art world's most-watched reality show is set to return on October 12th. Artists try to win several challenges and are judged by critics in order to earn the $100,000 prize and a show at the Brooklyn Museum. One of the challenges this time has been leaked: It will involve the dangerous acrobatic form called Parkour. Those artists had better be physically fit.
The show includes many top critics, like Jerry Saltz, and guest critics like photographer Mary Ellen Mark. In spite of the inherently sordid nature of reality shows, it should be an interesting watch.
