Religion and Toilet Paper in the Museum.

Muslim Turks approve toilet paper in Museums, only if there is no water.
If there is water, prayer must be said before and after er...the deed, nothing done standing, and in lieu of Charmin, water, three stones (wtf...) and the left hand.
[Ok, Turkey's off the bucket list]
The use of toilet paper has been declared halal by Turkey's religious authority Diyanet, after centuries of forbiddance by Islamic toilet etiquette.
