I was indirectly tipped off to this by Helena Kazakova through Trinity Gallery. It is a large, detailed bronze sculpture by Mike Elwell. It is an elephant wearing shorts, shirt and hat, redy to go skating. His cane has the head of the Democratic Donkey. Note the dollar sign on the front of the hat and that the skates the pachyderm is wearing have square wheels!
