Brad Cooper Auction - Brad's been a first-rate presence in the Tampa arts scene for decades. This is his yearly live auction, held Saturday, Dec 17th, at 1714 E. Seventh Avenue, Ybor City, Tampa. Admission tickets are $25 ahead of time, $35 at the door. Call 813.248.6098 for tickets.

Senior Art Show @ University of Tampa - Eight UT seniors exhibit at the Scarfone/Hartley Gallery 310 N. Boulevard, Tampa. Friday, Dec 16th, 7-9 PM. Free.

Forever in a Moment: 19th Century Photographs of Egypt - Forty photographs of Egypt in the latter1800's. Part of the era known in photography as Orientalism. This gem of a museum is open seven days a week.  Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. Sunday, Noon to 5 PM. 255 Beach Drive, St Pete. Admission is $17 for adults, $15 Seniors, $10 for students.

Small Works @ Clayton Galleries - An annual group show of 29 artists represented by the gallery. 4105 S. S.Mac Dill Ave., Tampa.
