Beast and Creature Comforts @ The Morean Arts Center - The MAC is hitting the holidays early with a gift bazaar of animal-related art and crafts. Also opening is "Beast: Portraits of Pets", showing works by five photographers from the area. Opens Saturday, Nov 10th from 5-8 PM. A great opportunity to get in some early shopping for loved ones with pets. Free admission.

Open House @ Santaella Studios - Artist Kerry Vosler organized this open house where artists will host guests in their studios throughout this large ex-cigar factory. Moira Shiver, the director at Santaella, has been expanding the usable space and bringing in more artists. Opens Friday, Nov. 9th, from 6-10 PM. Admission is $5. There will be live music and a cash bar.
