Wisconsin's Governor Walker Now Going After The Arts.

Scott Walker's budget will be cutting the budget of the Wisconsin Arts Board by 68%. The agency will be merged into the Department of Tourism. Walker's cuts will, unlike those in Kansas, and S. Carolina, keep the agency elegible to receive Federal Arts dollars. All of this will save WI about $.5 million. The financial landscape of the Arts is rapidly shifting.
