Girl Looks Back II, Elise Wehle Cut, Fold, Shred September 6th - October 19th Opening Reception: Friday, Sept. 6th 5:30-8:30 Paper art can be traced back to Japan, where it originated over a thousand years ago, and yet it is still an exciting medium of expression for many designers. Florida Craftsmen is proud to showcase thought provoking works of art using this simple medium. From altered photographs to altered books, 3D sculptures to 3D wall pieces, black and white to outrageous color, paper is molded into the artists' vision.         Roam through the "Falling Leaves Project"...thousands of colorful leaves inspired by the papers of Jackie Peters Cully and produced by the community.
