Seen: Pangea #33 @ Venture Compound

Venture Compound Gallery

The Venture Compound keeps evolving. The front gallery this time was covered with art -- all under $50. It is the kind of strategy other galleries might not think about, but in this economy, there were lots of sales. I was there on the last day of the exhibit and there were not that many left, although I took one home. Here are a few photographs from that evening...

The art varied greatly. Brad Kokay curated the show sans-theme but with high regard for quality.

These shows are best attended on opening night with some cash in your pocket or purse. Everything is a deal.

Congratulations to all the artists and musicians, to Jesse Vance, Brad Kokay, Trey and the Venture Compound Crew for a memorable evening.
