Moira Shiver, former Events and Members Coordinator for the Ybor Art Association has been chosen as the new WTCA Art Director. I have written about Moira here before. In her press release, Ms. Shiver says she will continue “Harnessing the use of creative energies to foster the transaction between community, artist and the appreciator”, and will be " ...looking to increase its calendar with additional art events and eventually expand to outside its’ walls."
